Yoga teachers who understand the complexity of neurodivergence.

A small, carefully vetted registry of yoga instructors who through compassion, flexibility, and deep listening, create spaces where every student feels seen, respected, and empowered. Their gift is not teaching perfect poses; it is helping people discover that they are already enough, exactly as they are. Our focus and drive is for autistic, ADHD, and sensory-sensitive kids, teens, and young adults. Filter for what your family actually needs — then reach out directly. No accounts, no algorithms.
