How families reach you
Your documents

We verify every teacher before listing. For each document below you can either paste a view-only link or email it to us — whatever's easiest on your phone. We don't store your files; we just check them and keep a short note that we verified them.

Easiest on a phone: take a clear photo of each document and email it to us at the address shown by the “Email it to us” button at the bottom. That's it — you don't need to upload anything anywhere.
How to share this from my phone
If it's in Google Drive, Dropbox, or iCloud:
  1. Open the app and find the file (or a photo of your certificate).
  2. Tap the ⋮ (or press and hold the file) → Share or Copy link.
  3. Set it to “Anyone with the link – Viewer.”
  4. Tap Copy link, come back here, and paste it above.
Don't have it digital? Just take a clear photo and email it — use the “Email it to us” button at the bottom of this page.

When we're done reviewing, you can switch the link back off anytime.

How to share this from my phone
Same steps as above: open your file or a photo of your insurance certificate, tap Share → Copy link, set it to view-only, and paste it here — or simply email a photo. Please make sure it shows your coverage is current.
For your safety, please don't post your ID as an open link. Either email it straight to us (only our inbox can see it) or show it on a short video call. We only confirm it matches your name — we don't keep a copy.

References: please don't upload a letter. Just give us two people who've seen you work with neurodivergent young people, and we'll contact them ourselves. At least one parent/caregiver or a clinician (OT, speech therapist, counselor) is ideal.

Either way, include your certification and insurance (as view-only links or photo attachments), how you'd like to verify your ID, and your two references. We contact references ourselves, and we ask every listed teacher to complete a background check.
